How to market your handmade jewelry business

Okay so you have ideas or maybe you have a full blown business, but no customers. Marketing can not only be daunting but very scary at the same time. Listen it does not have to be a task that takes up hours of your time. When I started my Jewelry Line I would spend long hours marketing and promoting on top of designing pieces & answering emails...NO NO NO I probably had about 8 cups of coffee a day LOL. I have now learned some ways to market & save time doing it.
1. Get over your fear of marketing. You put hard work into your business so show it off !
2. Promote on both personal social media & business social media. Your family and friends will be some of the first people to support you.
3. Always Have business cards. Give them out for family & friends to pass out. You can also leave them a businesses if they allow you to. Vista print business card printing is very affordable with good quality. 
4. Go to craft shows in your specific niche, most are super affordable and you have customers who are looking for exactly what you're selling.
5. Wear you Jewelry & accessories this is possibly the best promotion, presentation is key.
6. Host a giveaway once every blue moon via instagram. Have people repost a picture of your product in order to win. This is great promotion because you are able to reach a massive audience.
7. Schedule posts for facebook & twitter to save A LOT of time that can be used creating.
8. Create a blog for your business. blogging is great because you can give more insight on your business and products which gives your customers a closer feeling to you. Having you blog in googles search engine expands your brand to people all over the world !
